Each piece is unique and guaranteed to have surface interest, be it a pleat, stitching, button and there's even a label on one of them.
The shirt was laundered, but obviously not very well ironed. Plain fabric pieces have been retained and may be used for my future survival.
Medium: 100% Cotton Shirt Portion (some with buttons and / or label) on 180 gsm Satin Paper, double-sided tape

NB: The buttons on some of the numbers may be a choking hazard. Keep away from children. Do not tumble dry. Obviously.
